Position Information

Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking an energetic Loss Prevention Manager to work within our Fulfillment and Manufacturing organization.  The Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for the management of all Loss Prevention programs and personnel within their assigned facility.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and development of Loss Prevention personnel for assigned location
  • Manage all internal and external investigation programs targeting reduction of theft and fraud
  • Contribute to the development of Loss Prevention programs. Provide direction and leadership in initiating these new programs
  • Assist in maintenance and coordination of physical security programs
  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting for company Loss Prevention incidents
  • In depth research of trends
  • Communicate and interface with local Human Resources, and Operations teams on all relevant Loss Prevention and shortage control matters within the assigned location

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience in internal investigations including use of exception reporting systems and internal investigation interviewing
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to identify trends in the data and come up with resolutions or recommendations
  • Ability to train and develop staff and maintain documentation in an organized manner
  • 3-5 years Loss Prevention management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft products
  • Must have strong business acumen, intelligence and creativity
  • Ability to work extra hours as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels
  • Initiative to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systems
  • Experience in warehousing and manufacturing environment
  • Loss Prevention Certified (LPC) desired
