Job Description

Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of McWane Ductile Ohio infrastructure and support systems for multiple business units to ensure they function efficiently and meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities of the position include the management of building and ground infrastructure, coordination of repairs to supporting equipment, resource optimization, and implementation of safety and compliance programs. The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity, minimizing risks, and enhancing workplace efficiency. Your work will ensure the optimal performance of our systems and infrastructure while adhering to our McWane Way principles: Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Communication, Environment, and Safety.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field required plus 7 years in Operations or Engineering in an Industrial manufacturing environment. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership and team development aligned with McWane Way principles.
