Kno-Ho-Co is looking for a Payroll Specialist!
SUMMARY
Responsible for receiving time sheets and paying employees, payroll taxes and benefits and assisting with maintaining Human Resources Department records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain employee payroll
- Gather, sort and organize all time sheet information for processing
- Enter any individual employee payroll changes prior to payroll processing.
- Process employee garnishments and/or child support orders.
- Submit payroll information including hours, taxes, deductions, etc. to ADP for processing.
- Review payroll information for accuracy once payroll is
- File payroll
- Assist employees with payroll
- Serve as backup for Human Resources Manager when necessary.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with ADP portable payroll software a plus.
